- Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern / 12 PM Pacific will arrive within three business days for delivery within the continental United States
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories will take additional time
- Packages shipped 2-Day Express require signature upon delivery
Overnight
- Available in the continental United States
- Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
- Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern / 2 PM Central / 12 PM Pacific will arrive within the next business day
- Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern / 12 PM Pacific will arrive within two business days

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be charged based on the items included in each shipment. The total shipping and handling will remain the same - you will not be charged more than the total.
Multiple Delivery Addresses on One Order
When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.
Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
If you purchase an item from DavidMeister.com, which goes on sale at a lower price within 7 days following the date of your original purchase, you may receive a one-time online store credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the lower sale price of this item. To request the on-line store credit, you must contact Customer Service at 1.866.966.7227 within 7 days from the date of your original purchase and provide your order number.
- The Price Adjustment is only applicable for items purchased on DavidMeister.com and will only be offered in the form of online store credit on this website.
- Items purchased with a promotional discount, or on sale are not eligible for a Price Adjustment.
- In the event you receive a Price Adjustment on an item and later return the item in accordance with the Return Policy on this website, the amount of your refund will be calculated on the original purchase price less the Price Adjustment, and excludes shipping and handling charges.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
At David Meister, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition according to the following guidelines:
- Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned.
- All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
- When you return an item, you will receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for what you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
- Returns made within 14 days of the invoice date will be credited against the credit card used to make the purchase. If the purchase was made with store credit, returns will receive online store credit.
- Any returns received within 15-60 days of the invoice date must be an exchange or online store credit only.
- Online store credit can only be used at davidmeister.com. It cannot be used at any other website or store. To use store credit you will need to register an account at davidmeister.com
- Please call the Customer Service Department at 1.866.966.7227 to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending the product back to us. This will speed up the processing of your credit.
- We have included a pre-printed return address label that can be used to send product back to us. To return items, attach the pre-printed label to the outside of your package. Fill in your name, address and zip code in the space provided at the top of the return label. Ship the package to us. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. All returns must include the customer order number and billing name.
- If your item was damaged or a wrong item was shipped, please call Customer Service at 1.866.966.7227 to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. You will not be charged for shipping of the replacement items.
- If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return/Exchange Form and wish to obtain one, please request one by calling Customer Service at 1.866.966.7227 or by e-mailing CustomerService@DavidMeister.com
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund according to the following guidelines:
- All returns MUST be purchased from DavidMeister.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging and hang tags attached (on correct location on garment). Any merchandise submitted for return reflecting any kind of wear (stains, pulls, damage of/re-attachment of hang tags, etc) will be returned to the customer with a letter stating why the merchandise will not be accepted.
- Returns made within 14 days of the invoice date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. All sale items are sold as FINAL SALE.
- All returns received within 15–30 days of the invoice date can be exchanged for DavidMeister.com product or online store credit only. Online store credit can only be redeemed at DavidMeister.com with a registered account. Merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will include taxes, but will not include shipping and handling paid for the item, as shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, once an item is shipped.
- If you have received an item from DavidMeister.com as a gift, you can return it in exchange for an online store credit for the current selling price. Please contact Customer Service at or by emailing CustomerService@DavidMeister.com
- If the purchase was made with an online store credit, the return will be issued as an online store credit.
- A pre-printed return address label is enclosed with original shipment that can be used to send product back to us. To return items, attach the pre-printed label to the outside of your package. - If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please call customer service at 1.866.966.7227 to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. There will be no charge for shipping on replacement orders.
- Merchandise will be inspected once received; if garment appears to be intentionally damaged or worn, merchandise will be returned to customer and no refund/exchange will be offered.
